Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.
Ship the Package
Drop off your securely sealed package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
